Returns
Policy
We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, we will happily accept returns in their original condition for a refund or store credit, you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to notify us.
The returned items must arrive at our head office within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if we receive your return outside of this timeframe, we may not be able to assist you. If returns are received after the 14-day period, acceptance will be at the discretion of our Customer Care team.
As a valued customer, your first exchange is free of charge. Any additional exchanges may incur shipping fees. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer exchanges for UK customers only - subject to availability.
All items must be unworn, unused, and unaltered - with tags and liners attached - in a saleable condition, and in its original packaging. Items must not be stained, marked or snagged. We fully inspect all returned items and if any of these conditions are not met, then your items will be refused and sent back to you at your own cost.
Please note, all sale items are final sale therefore not eligible for return. Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are only eligible for an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit - subject to meeting all the other criteria in this policy.
All return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any return postage fees when sending items back to us (unless the items are faulty).
Refunds, and store credits will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned package. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces - all orders go through quality control. On the rare occasion you receive faulty or incorrect item, please email us at support@bareneath.com and we will be happy to asisst you as soon as possible.
